We are hired as a Sustainability Consultant of this 344,000 sq meter project to enhance sustainability and attain LEED Gold. Phase 1 entails a Charette, LEED CS Precertification, LEED Action Plan summarizing action items and recommendations, project team formation and training, team building, project registration with GBCI, LEED online setup, meetings, and credit compliance discussions.
