Conversion of 720 sft. space in a 1916 shoe factory—the historic Rossmor building—into a comfortable, cozy dwelling for a social tango dancer and artist. Tango themes, vibrant color, and art were introduced to the soaring, light-filled space, transforming a rugged ambience into a livable, intimate experience. Murphy bed, workstation, and storage are compact solutions for small space. Furniture designed and built by Mumtaz.
