Approx 16000 sq meter sustainable facility reflects the cultural and historical heritage of forts, a source of pride for Omanis. The design incorporated stark white facades, interior landscaped courtyards, windows and fenestration taking into account the sun’s orientation to keep the building cool, reduced heat island effect, and solar panels to optimize energy performance. Designed for potential LEED Gold certifications.
